Krikey Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and krikey ("krikey", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the krikey platform at krikey.live, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the krikey platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the site. If you are using krikey on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so on their behalf.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a krikey account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a krikey employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the krikey platform.

Krikey takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending review. We do not apologise for this — protecting minors from gambling is a responsibility we take seriously on the krikey platform.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify krikey promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one krikey account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, krikey reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikey account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Krikey accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication for additional security.
• Contact krikey support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Krikey supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. Krikey does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

All payment methods used on krikey must be registered in your own name. You may not use payment methods belonging to another person. Using a third-party payment method is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Krikey may request documentation including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are clearly communicated within your account dashboard.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Krikey reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits where possible.
• Krikey does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

Krikey offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time of each offer. By claiming any bonus on krikey, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

All krikey bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds — and in some cases, winnings generated from bonus funds — must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus terms. Krikey does not hide wagering requirements in small print.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, as specified in the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games specified in the bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Krikey reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus stacking, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

Krikey monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected. We take a fair approach to this — genuine players who make honest mistakes will be given the opportunity to clarify their situation before any action is taken.

Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on the krikey platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that every game outcome is completely random and independent of previous results. No outcome is predetermined, and krikey does not influence game results in any way. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for every game in the krikey library.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, krikey reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Krikey is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, and any winnings generated as a result of a technical error may be voided. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikey platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one krikey account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the krikey platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform or games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use krikey for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing krikey staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the krikey platform.
• Accessing krikey from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the krikey platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of krikey or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any krikey content without prior written permission.

The krikey name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of krikey's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game content available on krikey is licensed from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Krikey does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

Krikey provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Krikey is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krikey's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Krikey is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Gambling involves risk. Krikey is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players are responsible for their own gambling decisions. Krikey provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity — use of these tools is the player's own responsibility.
